Understanding Employees: Using Personas to Support Equity. Growth & Wellbeing for All
Stephanie Bergman Ng
Current events are forcing organizations to adapt and change faster than ever before. According to Josh Bersin, these somewhat forced changes are having hugely positive effects on both an organization's bottom line and employees' general wellbeing. Smart organizations make sure these changes are positively and equally effecting all employees. Learn how personas promote understanding of your employees and how you can use personas to vet your own processes for equity in the future.
This session has been approved for 1.25 hours of SHRM and HRCI Recertification Credit.
About Our Speaker
Stephanie Bergman Ng built her career as a product manager "helping people waste time online" working on social consumer products such as Yahoo! Chat & Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), and MySpace. In 2013, she joined the ADP Innovation Lab in New York City to bring that consumer and social spin to HR software, believing that there is no reason checking your paycheck shouldn't be as much fun as checking Snapchat! Never one to keep her mouth shut about things she is passionate about, Stephanie has been featured on television and radio, as well as spoken at a variety of technology and HR industry conferences such as Disrupt HR (Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Albany!), SHRM (DC), She's Geeky, and BlogHer.
