- The importance of focusing on our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives even during times of business disruption
- Performing an internal company D&I "wellness check"
- Identifying and tackling D&I "roadblocks" during the good times and the bad
- Tips and strategies that all companies can use to create and strengthen D&I initiatives
- The long-term benefits of investing in a strong D&I program

About Our Speaker
Diane Metzger is a Shareholder at Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt and serves on her firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She focuses her practice in the areas of immigration law and employment law, with a particular focus on employment-based immigration. Diane assists companies of all sizes in navigating the country's complex and frequently changing immigration laws in order to obtain the non-immigrant and immigrant visas required for the company's foreign-born employees. As a member of the LGBT community herself, Diane also enjoys assisting individuals with LGBT family-based immigration. She also provides advice and counsel to corporate clients on immigration-related corporate reorganization issues and corporate compliance and due diligence matters. Diane obtained her Juris Doctorate and Master's in International Business degrees from Saint Louis University.
When not practicing law, Diane enjoys riding horses, playing ice hockey, and taking her two dogs for walks. She is also active in the community, and serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board for Saint Louis University's Chaifetz School of Business and is a member of Safe Connection's Annual Lotus Ball Committee. She also is a prior volunteer and young board member of Variety, the Children's Charity of St. Louis and is a supporter of the Human Rights Campaign.
