Managing Employee Burnout
According to a recent Gallup report, two thirds of American employees experience burnout. The World Health Organization has deemed burnout to be an occupational phenomenon, which if left unchecked can cost businesses up to 190 billion dollars per year. How do companies combat burnout in a way that supports employees, maintains productivity and mitigates costs and turnover? Recognizing and validating employee burnout is critical to a company's success, particularly during these unprecedented stressful times.
Join us on June 30th to discuss how to identify, prevent and treat employee burnout, and the contributing factors of stress and anxiety.
