HR Innovation Series: Benefits & Open Enrollment
On August 5, 2020, join a few of SHRM STL's benefits business partners for a timely and lively discussion about an important topic: benefits administration in 2020!
This time of year, open enrollment weighs heavy on the minds of HR leaders. The scramble to enroll our workforces, whether large or small, looms on the horizon. We prepare as best we can, and all the while, await the enrollment-period storm to roll in.
It goes without saying that COVID-19 adds unprecedented and difficult issues to the mix. Leaders are working hard to strategize a safe (and potentially no-contact) open enrollment period.
Join us for this discussion on August 5th where we'll talk about the trends to expect with respect to 2020's open enrollment period. We'll discuss hot topics like anticipated costs, health plan choices, the rise of virtual care in our new contact-averse world, and the proliferation of decisional support tools to help employees choose appropriate paths to health and wellness - including mental health benefits. Attendees will leave with considerations and strategies to keep in mind as they prepare their organizations for open enrollment.
Keep in mind, this kind of discussion event is the first of its kind for us. Our idea is to make it something a little different from our regular programming, in an effort to offer you something new and valuable in these strange times where we are unable to meet in person. Credits won't be offered for this particular event - we'll continue to make those available through our monthly webinars and meetings. Our goal with this event is to give you an opportunity to network with other members and learn some new perspectives from each other.
