Message From the President
Greetings to All,
Lots to look forward to this year. What's your focus?
What a sweet deal for February to get such a value in the Annual Legal Update from your membership. I hope that you enjoy the sessions, as there are a lot of great options for everyone.
Looking forward to hearing Kathy Joslin, SHRM St. Louis Past President (2005-2006), share valuable knowledge on Compensation Programs in our upcoming webinar on February 25, 2020.
Committees are forming from the January Committee Fair. It's not too late. If you have interest in serving and volunteering on one of the committee's, please contact the Committee Chair or myself to voice your interest or learn more. We will be busy planning the SHRM St. Louis Annual Leadership Conference, so be sure to share with us any speakers or topics that you would like to suggest for us to consider.
The Communications Committee is hard at work to improve SHRM St. Louis website, so Thank You in advance while we grow with those changes coming soon. We like you a lot. So keep engaging with your SHRM St. Louis Family by networking with your fellow HR Professionals and sharing your input with us to grow and serve.
Hopefully Spring will arrive soon for all things new again.
Cheers & Warm Regards,
Mary Lou Smith, PHR, SHRM-CP
2020 President
