SHRM St. Louis Mentoring Program

The SHRM St. Louis Mentoring Committee had a great kickoff for three mentoring triads at the end of October. We had another virtual kickoff over Zoom and had great participation.

Two of our mentors, Mary Lou Smith and Katie Magoon, are current SHRM St. Louis Board Members; we appreciate them stepping up and doing double-duty for the organization. We also appreciate Sarah Davidson offering her expertise as a mentor.

We are always on the hunt for mentors and were limited in the mentoring we were able to offer this autumn because we did not have enough mentors step forward.
