Our Young Professionals at the Fireside

Shortly after the SHRM Leadership Conference, the Young Professionals Committee hosted a Fireside Chat to discuss career management tips and continue networking after the conference. The lively roundtable discussion was hosted by Paul Fels, from Ascentis Human Captial Management. Panelists Rob Seay, Vice President of People and Culture at Bonfyre; Jillian Hind, Business Recruiter at Square; and Sara Lamkey, National Human Resources Director at Graybar all shared insights and ideas for developing dynamic human resources career paths. Attendees submitted great questions, and topics ranged from staying motivated in tough situations to networking during a pandemic.
